In accordance with the provisions of Royal Decree-Law 3/2020, of February 4, on insurance distribution (hereinafter, “Insurance Distribution Law”) and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, the insurance agent is considered the data processor of the insured entity with which it has entered into the corresponding agency agreement. Therefore, Ovanie Agency SL is an INSURANCE AGENT for SANITAS (hereinafter, “THE AGENT”).

Ovanie Agency SL, as the data processor, acts on behalf of and for SANITAS and will process your personal data in accordance with the provisions of this Privacy Policy.

II- How do we collect your personal data, and what personal data do we collect?

The personal data (hereinafter, "Personal Data") that SANITAS will process about you within the scope of this form has been obtained directly from you. Below, we provide details about the Personal Data that SANITAS processes within the scope of this form:

• Name, phone number, email address, day/time you wish to be contacted.
• Any other information you provide during the call.

III.- For what purpose do we process your personal data, and on what legitimate basis?

SANITAS will process your Personal Data for the purpose of carrying out the insurance distribution activity carried out by Ovanie Agency SL, consisting of telephone advice, proposals, or work prior to entering into the insurance contract, or assistance in the management and execution of said contracts, at the request of users who require these services.

The legal basis for processing is the consent you give by completing this form and submitting it voluntarily.

IV.- How long do we retain your Personal Data?

SANITAS will retain your Personal Data for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, as well as for the period necessary for the formulation, exercise, or defense of potential claims.

Once the aforementioned periods have expired, SANITAS undertakes to cease processing your Personal Data and to duly block them, in accordance with applicable regulations and legislation. Once the statutory limitation periods have expired, we will destroy or anonymize your Personal Data (except for scientific, medical, statistical research, or public health reasons).

As we indicated at the beginning, Ovanie Agency SL is a SANITAS insurance agent and, therefore, acts as a data processor (i.e., acting on behalf of and for SANITAS). Therefore, it will access the personal data you voluntarily provide through this form and will contact you in accordance with the provisions of this Privacy Policy.

Moreover, Sanitas Your Personal Data will not be transferred to third parties, except to public administrations that require it in accordance with current legislation at any given time and, where appropriate, also to other bodies such as State Security Forces and Corps and Judicial bodies or health centers in case of vital interest. Sanitas may transfer your Personal Data to other entities within the Group Sanitas, identified in www.sanitas.es/RGPD (section “Group Companies”), for internal administrative purposes.

VI.- What are your rights?

SANITAS informs you of your right to access, rectify, object, erase, transfer, and restrict processing, and to withdraw your consent at any time. This withdrawal of consent will not affect the lawfulness of processing prior to its withdrawal.
