Skip the waiting periods now. If you're switching to Sanitas after at least 1 year on a full-coverage health policy with another Spanish insurer, you can waive the waiting periods on your new policy (childbirth excluded). You'll just need to provide a copy of your previous policy's terms (or health card showing the start date) and the latest payment receipt — during sign-up or right after.
