Waiting periods with Sanitas Más Salud
Sanitas Más Salud sets waiting periods for certain benefits. Group 0‑II surgical procedures require 3 months, high-tech diagnostic tests and psychology 6 months, childbirth (except premature) 8 months, and hospitalisation and Group III‑VIII major surgery 10 months. If the insured person is coming from another policy held for at least a year, some of these periods can be reduced or removed, except for childbirth.
