Ovanie Agency, S.L. (CIF B-64503477), owner of www.sanitasinfo.com, informs you about the use of cookies and similar technologies on this website, in accordance with article 22.2 of Ley 34/2002 (LSSI) (Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services), the RGPD (GDPR) and the Guía sobre el uso de las cookies (Guide on the use of cookies) of the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (Spanish Data Protection Agency).
What cookies are
Cookies are small files that a website stores in your browser when you visit it. They allow the website to work, remember your preferences and, if you accept them, help measure how it is used and which campaigns work. This policy also applies to similar technologies, such as the browser's local storage (localStorage) or pixels.
Types of cookies
By who manages them
- First-party: sent to your browser from a domain managed by us.
- Third-party: sent from a domain belonging to another entity, which processes the data obtained (for example, Google, Microsoft or Meta).
By how long they last
- Session: deleted when you close your browser.
- Persistent: kept for the period shown in the table, from minutes to months.
By purpose
- Technical or necessary: essential for the website to work, such as remembering your cookie choice or keeping a session open. They do not require your consent.
- Measurement or analytics: let us know how the website is used so we can improve it.
- Advertising: measure the effectiveness of our ads and allow us to show you relevant ads on other websites and social networks.
Cookies we use
Necessary (always active)
| Cookie or key | Owner | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| v2_consent | First-party (local storage) | Saves your cookie choice (measurement and advertising) so we don't ask you again, and applies it on every page. | Until you clear your browser data or change your choice |
| v2adm | First-party | Session cookie for the administration panel. It is only set for office staff who log in; it does not affect visitors. | Session (deleted when you close the browser) |
| ann_*, mdl_* | First-party (local storage) | Remember that you have closed a notice or a window so it isn't shown to you again. | Until you clear your browser data |
Measurement (only with your consent)
| Cookie or key | Owner | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| _ga | Google Analytics (Google Ireland Ltd.) | Distinguishes users to produce website usage statistics. | 2 years |
| _ga_* | Google Analytics (Google Ireland Ltd.) | Keeps the session state for statistics. | 2 years |
| _clck | Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd.) | User identifier for heatmaps and browsing analysis. | 1 year |
| _clsk | Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd.) | Groups the pages viewed within a single session. | 1 day |
| Campaign attribution | First-party | Remembers the source of your visit (campaign or ad) during the session so we know which campaign generated your request. | 30 minutes of inactivity |
Advertising (only with your consent)
| Cookie or key | Owner | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| _gcl_au | Google Ads (Google Ireland Ltd.) | Measures Google ad conversions (which ad brought you to your request). | 90 days |
| _fbp | Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. | Measures the effectiveness of Facebook and Instagram ads and allows us to show you relevant ads. | 90 days |
In addition, the website records its own statistics without cookies (page views, reading depth and button clicks), in aggregate form and without identifying you, to find out which content is useful.
Session recording (only if you accept measurement). To find errors and improve the website, we anonymously record how the page is used (movements, clicks and scrolling) with our own tool hosted on our server. What you type in forms is not recorded (it is masked), it is not used to identify you or shared with third parties, and it is deleted after 30 days. To link the pages of one visit, a temporary identifier is kept in your browser's session storage (v2rec), which disappears when you close the tab.
The durations are those stated by the providers themselves and may change. You can consult their policies: Google, Microsoft Clarity and Meta.
How to give or change your consent
The first time you visit, we show you a panel with three options: Reject, Configure and Accept all. Until you choose, only the necessary cookies are active. Under "Configure" you can enable measurement and advertising separately.
You can change your choice or withdraw your consent whenever you like, as easily as you gave it, using the "Cookie settings" button in the footer of any page. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of prior use. We save your choice so we don't ask you again on every visit.
Google Consent Mode v2
We use Google Consent Mode v2. By default, when the page loads, the analytics storage signals (analytics_storage) and advertising signals (ad_storage, ad_user_data and ad_personalization) are denied; only functionality and security signals are granted. The Google, Microsoft Clarity and Meta tags do not load until you accept the corresponding category, and if you change your choice, those signals are updated immediately.
International transfers
Some third parties (Google, Microsoft and Meta) may process data in the United States. They do so under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. More information in our privacy policy.
How to block or delete cookies from your browser
You can also allow, block or delete cookies from your browser settings. If you block the necessary cookies, some features of the website may stop working.
To manage interest-based advertising from several companies at once, you can use Your Online Choices.
