Ovanie Agency, S.L. is an exclusive insurance agency of Sanitas S.A. de Seguros (Sales Office no. 19069), in accordance with Real Decreto-ley 3/2020, de 4 de febrero (Royal Decree-law 3/2020 of 4 February), as regards insurance distribution.

• Our remuneration is a commission paid by Sanitas, which is already included in the premium: you pay the same as if you took out your policy directly with the company.

Complaints and claims

If you are not satisfied with our service or with that of Sanitas, you can write to us at info@sanitasinfo.com and we will help you process your complaint. You can also contact the Sanitas Customer Service Department. If its response does not satisfy you, or it does not reply within the legal deadline, you can turn to the Complaints Service of the Dirección General de Seguros y Fondos de Pensiones (Directorate-General for Insurance and Pension Funds).
